I. FEES / RATES ———————
A. KR BOX SHARING:SEMI FAST ETA: 💠 ALL ITEMS will be computed through our SEMI FETA CALCULATOR: bit.ly/KJJ-ISFCalculator
* starting price Php 35 depends on size and weight
💠 Other SPECIFIC ITEMS to be computed separately will be the following: ~ Common Items
♦ PHP 10 each for Photocards (less than 15 pcs.)
♦ PHP 5 each for Photocards (more than 15 pcs.) ~ Others
♦ Ranges PHP 30-150 for the Packing Fee (just to give you an idea);💠 Packing Fees (PF) will be included in the ISF and it is already FIXED on every box arrived in the PH Address. Any excess PF will serve as SERVICE FEE for combined shipment.💠 Transfer of a box from SEMI-FETA to FETA will incur a charge of PHP 80 per parcel/tracking number.💠 ALL RATES MAY SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

B. SOLO BOX:
FETA ONLY via EMS: • PHP 1,800 starting price depends on size and weight; (Maximum 5 kg) * weight can be actual or volumetric
* all prices are exclusive of TAX FEE upon arrival in PH Address
💠 Can be delivered directly to your home address.💠 Box can only stayed in KR Address with maximum of 20 days ONLY. Otherwise, there will be an additional charge of Over Stay Fee of Php 50 per week.💠 PROHIBITED ITEMS: Batteries/Lithium and liquids are mostly prohibited. Other prohibited items are posted in the Telegram Group Chat and in the Masterlist.💠 Selected LIGHTSTICKS are ALLOWED as long as there's no battery/lithium.💠 For Regular Items, avoid excessive quantities to prevent your items from being held by customs. Otherwise, we will divide the quantity that would fit in a box.💠 For Photocards, any quantity is allowed, as long as the total value does not exceed Php 3,000.💠 Transfer of a box from FETA to SEMI-FETA will incur a charge of PHP 80 per parcel/tracking number.💠 ALL RATES MAY SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

C. SPECIAL REQUESTS / ADDITIONAL SERVICE RATES:💠 This Special Request / Additional Service is (PAYO) (Pay As You Order means that payment should be settled within 24 hours once your request has been processed.)♦ PHP 60 for counting of inclusions such as Photocards, POBs, etc ;
♦ PHP 60 each for extra photo
♦ PHP 150 for retaking of photos without username
♦ PHP 200 for retaking of photos with username
♦ PHP 150 for opening of sealed items plus photo at the KR/PH Address;
♦ PHP 350 + SF for shipping your items to other KR address;
♦ For pick-up or bantaek — PHP 150 for light packages and PHP 250 for heavy packages;
♦ For Online Purchasing Assistance — conversion rate of ₩ 1,000 = PHP 45
— For ₩100k and below worth of purchase = ₩ 6,000 (assistance fee) per checkout;
— For ₩100k and above worth of purchase = ₩ 10,000 (assistance fee) per checkout.
♦ For Offline Proxy Buying — please refer to Section I-E.💠 ALL RATES MAY SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.💠 NO CANCELLATION once your request has been processed, and it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

D. OTHER CONDITIONS FOR SEMI-FETA BOX SHARING & FETA SOLO BOX:💠 SEMI-FETA & FETA KR Address are the same but the difference lies in the 'Address Line 2'.💠 FETA KR Address should have the label "Feta" at the end of the 'FETA Address Line 2'.💠 Separating of item/s from 1 tracking number just to have different mode of ETA is not allowed to avoid confusion.💠 TOTAL ISF will be calculated per box and CANNOT BE COMBINED with the next box.💠 Payment will be collected upon arrival of the box to our PH Address.

E. PURCHASING (BUYING) ASSISTANCE & PROXY BUYING:💠 The Purchasing Assistance Fee is already stated above. (see No. 8 of Section I-C.1).💠 For Online Buying Assistance for online shops such as Bunjang, Witchform, etc., please make sure that you will get the item 100% and it is PAYO (pay as you order).💠 Here are the steps for Online Buying Assistance to prevent our consol being blocked by KR Sellers from online shop platforms: ♦ Ask for Quotation.
♦ Then send a Payment if you agree with the price.
♦ Once payment received, our consol will Inquire about your preferred item.
♦ If the transaction is failed, we will Refund your payment 100%.💠 For Offline Proxy Buying, the Proxy Fee — conversion rate of ₩ 1,000 = PHP 45
— For ₩74,999 and below worth of purchase = ₩ 5,000 (proxy fee) per store;
— For ₩75,000 up to ₩149,999 worth of purchase = ₩ 8,000 (proxy fee) per store;
— For ₩150,000 and above worth of purchase = 12% of the price (proxy fee) per store;💠 Whether the items you're looking for are AVAILABLE or SOLD OUT, there's a transportation fee of minimum ₩5,500 depending on the number of stores to be visited or quantity of items to be transported from store to store.
II. KR CONSOL ————————
💠 Strictly NO CANCELLATION once the items have arrived in our KR Address.💠 KR Address Details will be sent after the confirmation of your submitted form.💠 Door-to-door/Home Delivery (taekbae) and Pick-up to branch (bantaek) are allowed. Please note that there will be an additional charge for pick-up to branch or bantaek. Please refer above for the rates.💠 DO NOT SHARE the KR Address to other buyers without our permission. Please use the address appropriately and responsibly.💠 DO NOT USE the KR Mobile Number in CREATING ACCOUNT on online shops or KR sites. Please use it for shipment purposes only.💠 Consolidator's arrival picture update will be sent within 1-3 days through DM.💠 Boxes will be released from KR Address once they are FULL, but our target release of the box is every 1-2 weeks.💠 SEMI FAST ETA: 2-3 weeks after ship out from Korea.💠 FAST ETA: 1-2 weeks after ship out from Korea.💠 if a delay occurs, it will be marked as NORMAL ETA.
III. BS HOST & SCHEDULE ——
💠 K•JJANG is the HOST for Box Sharing (BS) and this is our BUSINESS.💠 We have our own schedule and timetable, which means our schedule is FLEXIBLE and not fixed.This can be changed withour prior notice. Please be considerate about it. ** FLEXIBLE means a possible change in our business hours to fit our availability time.💠 Holidays and Personal Work Schedule may affect our Business schedule.💠 NO OPERATIONS on SUNDAYS. We will be inactive on DMs during Sundays even if it is urgent. No shipment also unless we offer to be shipped.
IV. BS SUBSCRIBERS —————
💠 As long as the subscriber is using K•JJANGS's Address or services, the subscriber should ALWAYS follow our rules or conditions, whether they are stated in this file or not. It is always at K•JJANG's discretion or approval.💠 Always check the K•JJANG Box Sharing Telegram Group Chat. Announcements or updates will always be shared there. It's not our fault if you miss any announcements. We advise you to check your Telegram app at least thrice a week.💠 Dividing items to be delivered to different address is ALLOWED as long as they have arrived at the PH Address, and charges may apply, such as a packing fee depending on the quantity and size of the items.💠 When your parcel is delivered to another are in South Korea, K•JJANG and our consolidator are not responsible for retrieving it.💠 Demanding, unmannered, disrespectful, feeling entitled, selfish, or inconsiderate subscribers who cause anxiety and stress to K•JJANG Owner and Staff will be subject to removal from box sharing and will no longer be entertained. Moreover. ALL K•JJANG's services/products between you (the subscriber) and K•JJANG will be terminated immediately. Remaining and incoming items [in KR and PH Address] will only be automatically DISPOSED without a Photo Update. You also have NO RIGHT to request the delivery/pickup of items to be delivered to your address or another address.💠 K•JJANG has the right to remove and block you from our SNS and our services at any given time and have you removed from K•JJANG Box Sharing. The reason for the removal will not be disclosed to the removed member.💠 NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: You should agree to never disclose any information inside K•JJANG's Telegram group chat/private messages for our privacy protection. If you fail to comply, you will be automatically removed and blocked from all K•JJANG's SNS and services. Therefore, all remaining items will be disposed immediately. Also, penalties or a case might be charged against you.
V. MASTERLIST & UPDATES —
💠 We will send the link of the masterlist after the confirmation of your submitted form.💠 Masterlist will be updated every 1-5 days.
VI. DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS ——
💠 We are NOT liable for any missing or damaged items that you’ve ordered. and they are non-refundable.💠 We are not liable for any damaged/lost items caused by the shipping courier, and they are non-refundable.💠 We are not liable if you receive incomplete items that don't match the Tracking Form and KR Arrival Photo, and they are non-refundable💠 NO Unboxing Video, NO Refund💠 ALL items are non-refundable in case of fire, water leak, any accident or force majeure at the KR Address/PH Address, or while in transit to PH address/buyer's address.
VII. RESPONSIBILITIES —————
💠 We are not responsible for any transactions outside the warehouse/KR & PH Addresses.💠We are not responsible if you have made transactions with a fraudulent merchant.
💠 We are not responsible if we have entertained/made transactions with a fraudulent merchant without knowing his/her true identity before making a transaction.
💠 We are not responsible for the quantity or quality of the products inside the package.
💠 Please provide correct and accurate information to avoid conflicts or any inconvenience.
💠 Please be a responsible buyer and track/check your order from time to time.
💠 Once the TRACKING NUMBER is available, please fill out the Tracking Form to declare your item/s.
💠 If the seller doesn’t provide any Tracking Number, just ask us if our consolidator received any of your
items, providing an expected item photo.
💠 If you have entered an incomplete KR Address, proof of order with a tracking number should be provided [like order receipt with order number or thread of conversation].
💠 If subscriber fails to claim their items or failure to fill out the Tracking Form until the arrival at the PH Address, K•JJANG reserves the right to impose an UNCLAIMED ITEM FEE. (see Section IX)
💠 We do not send the KR Arrival Photo automatically for LATE SUBMISSION OF THE TRACKING FORM. However, you can request it from us, and we will send it through DM for free.
VIII. SORTING ————————
💠 Please allow us 1-3 business days to sort the items before sending them to you.💠 Sorting of boxes will be based on the details/information you provided through the forms you submitted.
IX. PAYMENT ————————
💠 Payment for ISF (International Shipping Fee) will be collected once your items have arrived and been sorted at our PH Address.💠The amount to be paid should be settled by the given deadline; otherwise, you will be charged a delayed payment fee. (see No. 6 of this section)💠 Mode of Payment is GCash, PayMaya, or Bank Transfer.💠 NO DOWN PAYMENT required for ISF.💠 NO PAYMENT REFUND once it has been sent.💠 DELAYED PAYMENT FEE is PHP 50 per day after the due date and will automatically be added to your total amount to pay.💠 STORAGE FEE is PHP 50 per week if didn’t claim your items after 3 days from the DOP. Whether the ISF is paid or not. As long as your items are still in our warehouse.💠 UNCLAIMED ITEM FEE or LATE FORM SUBMISSION is intended to cover storage costs and administrative efforts. Starting price
will be Php 100 with Php 25 increments per day. This fee is non-negotiable and will be added to the total amount due. (see Section XI)
X. LOCAL SHIPPING ————
💠 We will ship your items once the payment has been done.💠 LSF (Local Shipping Fee) will be billed separately.💠 Mode of Delivery is Direct J&T, SCO, GGX, or SDD (Same-Day-Delivery)💠 For Same-Day-Delivery (SDD), wait for our GO SIGNAL before booking. Once you received our go signal, you can proceed with the booking. Please provide the TRACKING LINK along with the receiver's name and drop-off location.💠 For SCO, we will send the link based on the quantity, size, and weight of your item/s. DO NOT
CHECK OUT as long as we don’t provide the latest SCO link yet.
XI. CLAIMING OF ORDER ———
💠 For ITEMS ARRIVED IN PH ADDRESS, we are not liable if you fail to claim your order within one (1) month subsequent to the arrival or to our message/notification of your item to the PH address. When one (1) month have passed, unclaimed items will be automatically DISPOSED.💠 For ITEMS ARRIVED IN KR ADDRESS, we are not liable if you fail to declare your order within one (1) month subsequent to the arrival at the KR address. When one (1) month have passed, unclaimed/no declaration of items will be automatically DISPOSED once it had arrived at the PH Address.💠 For PAID ISF, we are not liable if you fail to claim your items/parcel within one (1) month following your submission of proof of payment or payment receipt for the ISF. When one (1) month has passed, unclaimed parcels will be automatically DISPOSED. **
** this includes weekends and holidays💠 Unclaimed item details will be posted in the UNCLAIMED section of the Box Sharing Masterlist.
XII. DATA PRIVACY ——————
💠 When you use our Services, we may collect personal information. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.💠 We process your information to administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.💠 We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following categories of third parties. ♦ KR Consol. We may share your data with our KR Consol who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. They also commit to protect the data they hold on our behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct.
♦ Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
💠 We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.💠 We have place your personal information on a spreadsheet. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.💠 We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services.
